I. Service Description

This Service aims to provide Hanye product information, technical support, customer service, and other related online functions. These Terms apply to all Hanye services that explicitly link to these Terms.

II. Acceptable Use Policy and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and represent and warrant that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

Prohibition of Service Abuse: Abuse or misuse the Service in any way.

Prohibition of Interference with Others’ Use: Engage in any conduct that adversely affects other users’ ability to use the Service.
Prohibition of Service Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, networks, systems, or other devices connected to the Service, or overload them, or attempt to gain unauthorized access through hacking or other means, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
Prohibition of Service Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service.
Prohibition of Illegal Content: Your content must not contain any illegal information, and your use of the Service must not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to data privacy laws, import/export control laws, securities regulations, etc.

III. User Content and Responsibility

If you submit, upload, store, or share any content through the Service (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

You own your User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, or authorizations to use and authorize Hanye to use the User Content as stipulated in these Terms.
Your User Content and your activities on the Service do not infringe the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.), nor do they constitute or facilitate infringement or illegal activities.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and your actions of posting or sharing it. Hanye does not actively review User Content but reserves the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content based on these Terms or applicable law.

The Service and all materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, “Hanye Content”), are the property of Hanye or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without Hanye’s prior written consent, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Hanye Content.

V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

“AS IS” Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Hanye makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, non-interruption, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses or other harmful components.
No Guarantee: Hanye does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, suitability for a user’s specific purpose, or safety (e.g., uninterrupted function, absence of defects, absence of computer viruses or other harmful elements) of the information on the website.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanye shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Service, reliance on any information or content provided by the Service, changes to, interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, or links to third-party websites, even if Hanye has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
External Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources not owned or controlled by Hanye. Hanye assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or resources and provides no guarantees regarding them.
